沸石轉輪設備是利用吸附-脫附-濃縮三項連續變溫的吸、脫附程序,使VOCs廢氣通過轉輪的旋轉,同時完成氣體的脫附和轉輪的再生過程。進入濃縮轉輪的有機廢氣經過沸石吸附凈化后直接通過煙囪排放到大氣中。被吸附的有機物質因轉輪的持續轉動(1-6 rad/h)而進入脫附區,利用加熱氣體在此區域脫附,使得低濃度、大風量有機廢氣濃縮為高濃度、小風量的濃縮氣體,進入催化燃燒設備(CO)進行燃燒轉化成二氧化碳及水蒸氣排放至大氣中,如此循環工作。
The zeolite rotary equipment utilizes a continuously variable temperature adsorption desorption concentration process to allow VOCs waste gas to pass through the rotation of the rotary wheel, while completing the gas desorption and regeneration process of the rotary wheel. The organic waste gas entering the concentration wheel is purified by zeolite adsorption and directly discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney. The adsorbed organic matter enters the desorption zone due to the continuous rotation of the impeller (1-6 rad/h), and is desorbed in this zone using heated gas. The low concentration, high air volume organic waste gas is concentrated into high concentration, low air volume concentrated gas, which enters the catalytic combustion equipment (CO) for combustion and conversion into carbon dioxide and water vapor, and is discharged into the atmosphere. This cycle works in this way.
