一、除塵設備種類繁多，型號、規格、結構性能和功能特點都各不相同。使用前需要先認真仔細閱讀說明書，避免因使用不當造成工業吸塵器的損壞及危機使用人的安全。

二、普通工業吸塵器的使用環境溫度不能超過40度，工作場所不能在海拔1000米以上，要有良好的通風環境，空氣中不能有易燃、腐蝕性氣體的干燥室內的環境中使用。

三、干式除塵設備不允許吸水，濕手不能操作吸塵器。如需要清潔的場所有大的紙團、塑料布或大于吸管口徑的廢料廢物，應事先清除，否則極易造成吸管堵塞。六、工業吸塵器吸取液體物質時，要將濾芯取下，并注意及時將液體排空。

四、接好地線，確保用電安全。一般的工業吸塵器每次連續工作不超過8小時，主要是為了防止電機過熱而燒毀。而有種特殊設計的工業吸塵器由于采用特制的散熱系統，可以連續工作36小時不停機，可以與機床配套使用。

4、 Connect the grounding wire to ensure electrical safety. A typical industrial vacuum cleaner works continuously for no more than 8 hours each time, mainly to prevent the motor from overheating and burning out. 五、使用裝有自動卷線裝置的工業吸塵器時，把電源線拉出足夠的使用長度便可，不要拉過電源線，如果看到電源線有黃色或紅色的標記，立刻必須停止拉出，防止把電源線拉過頭。如果需要卷回電源線時，直接按下按鈕就自動收回。

5、 When using an industrial vacuum cleaner equipped with an automatic winding device, simply pull out the power cord for a sufficient length of use. Do not pull over the power cord. If you see a yellow or red mark on the power cord, it must be stopped immediately to prevent pulling it too far. If you need to rewind the power cord, simply press the button to automatically retract it.
