  其實“單一吸附工藝”并不是一個上不了臺面“差等生”,相反,單一吸附工藝是VOCs治理行業最主要的技術,沒有之一。吸收法、微生物分解、直接燃燒法、電化學、UV光氧/等離子等等在VOCs治理行業的占比都極小。

  因此,在應用RTO的過程中也會存在一些問題,尤其在調研過程中發現醫藥化工行業的阻塞問題非常嚴重,本次調研的39套RTO中16套存在阻塞問題。在對調研結果進行整理后,醫藥行業RTO應用過程中發生的問題見表1。由表1可知,醫藥化工行業的大多數問題是由于廢氣組分中特定物質濃度過高導致,目前沒有良好的應對措施,只能通過加強預處理或在收集前對廢氣進行分別處置。

There is no shortage but unevenness, and the more adsorbent materials are loaded, the more lazy the adsorbent materials will be.
