　　溫度控制和記錄：沸石轉輪廢氣吸附前、后溫度，脫附前、后溫度，焚燒爐內的溫度，焚燒爐出口溫度，最終排氣溫度等信號進入PLC，可遠程記錄、存儲和顯示主控溫度記錄點。其中，脫附廢氣需保持在特定溫度之間，設置溫度在線監測儀，溫度檢測元件采用熱電阻或熱電偶傳感器，上傳PLC，信號經采集處理后輸出模擬信號（4~20mA），控制混風箱、相應閥門等設備，實現溫度自動控制。

　　壓差記錄和報警：濃縮轉輪前后需配置壓差變送器，過濾器各級過濾之間需配置壓差變送器，能實現壓差過載時自動報警，能對各級壓差顯示和記錄，其信號要求接入PLC。
